Judge Zhu Li is a Senior Judge of the Second Rank. He served as a judge in the Third Civil Division since August 2015. From January 2019 to the present, he worked at the Intellectual Property Court of the SPC. In June 2020, he was appointed as the Deputy Chief Judge of the Intellectual Property Court of the SPC. Judge Zhu previously worked at the Beijing University of Chemical Technology before serving at the SPC. Judge Zhu majored in civil and commercial law at Peking University. He obtained a Doctor Degree of Law. From July 2016 to July 2017, he studied at George Mason University, USA.
