In order to improve the professional level of international commercial trials, strengthen international exchanges and cooperation, facilitate and promote the trial work of International Commercial Court, it is decided to appoint the following 31 experts as the first group of members of International Commercial Expert Committee for a four-year term, from August 26, 2018 to August 26, 2022:

In order to improve the professionalism of international commercial trials, strengthen international exchanges and cooperation, attract more experts to participate in the establishment of the Diversified International Commercial Dispute Settlement Mechanism, and support the establishment of the Mechanism to promote connectivity of litigation, mediation, and arbitration. It is decided to appoint the following 24 experts as the second group of members of International Commercial Expert Committee for a four-year term:
