Johan Achiel Erauw, Emeritus Professor of the University of Ghent and still actively teaching as Guest Professor of International Law at other Universities. He works as an arbitrator in international commercial arbitration. He is presently providing expert counsel to lawyers and notaries as well as public authorities on the subjects of Private International and Commercial Law, specializing in international business transactions - notably international sales agreements, art law, technology transfer, intellectual property law, international dispute resolution. He has been active in arbitration before the ICC international Court of Arbitration, Paris; CEPANI Brussels, the Arbitration Court of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) and the Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAl). He is a listed arbitrator with CIETAC (Beijing), Beijing international arbitration center (Beijing Arbitration Commission) (BAC), Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC); and Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration. He is a Member of the Board of Hainan International Arbitration Court.
