Viriato Manuel Pinheiro de Lima, is a retired judge of the Macao Court of Final Appeal and the Portuguese Supreme Administrative Court, served in Macao SAR in 1993, served as a judge of the Macao Court of Final Appeal from December 1999 to December 2019, and retired on 16 December 2019.
