In order to further enhance the professionality of international commercial trials in the people’s courts, deepen international exchanges and cooperation, and continuously play the role of the expert members of the International Commercial Expert Committee of the Supreme People’s Court in the construction of international commercial dispute resolution mechanism, it is decided to reappoint and appoint the following persons as expert members of the International Commercial Expert Committee :

To reappoint Fei Zongyi, Si Yuzhuo, Zhou Hanmin, Zhang Yongjian, Wang Junfeng, Gao Xiang, Xiao Yongping, Du Xinli, Liu Xiaohong, Yi Xianhe, Fan Yu, Anthony Neoh, Amapola Grijalva, Colin Ong, Fatsah Ouguergouz, Hamid Sharif, Ismail Selim, Johan Achiel Erauw, Michael Hwang S.C., and Steven Chong as expert members of the International Commercial Expert Committee. To appoint Xu Xianming, Li Yuquan, Lei Chen , James Leslie Bain Allsop, Khalid bin Ali Al-Obaidly, and Xavier Favre-Bulle as new expert members of the International Commercial Expert Committee. The term of appointment for all is four years.
