Due to operational needs and upon the approval by the relevant departments of the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China(“the SPC”), Judge Shen Hongyu, Deputy Chief Judge of the Fourth Civil Division of the SPC has been appointed the Person-in-Charge of the Second International Commercial Court. Judge Gao Xiaoli no longer serves as the Person-in-Charge of the Second International Commercial Court.
