The Decision of the Supreme People's Court on Reappointment of the First Group of Expert Members for International Commercial Expert Committee

In order to improve the professional level of international commercial trials, strengthen international exchanges and cooperation, continuously play the role of expert members of the International Commercial Experts Committee of the Supreme People's Court in the construction of the international commercial dispute resolution mechanism, it is decided to reappoint the following 23 persons as expert members of International Commercial Expert Committee for a four year term:

Zhang Yuejiao, Huang Jin, Wang Liming, Shen Sibao, Lu Song, Liu Jingdong, Shan Wenhua, Shi Jingxia, Philip Yang, Wang Guiguo, Rimsky Yuen, Fuldien Li, Anna P. Mantakou, Anselmo Reyes,  David Unterhalter, George A. Bermann, Hi-Taek Shin, Jingzhou Tao,  Nayla Comair-Obeid, Peter Malanczuk, Susan Finder, Vladimir I. Kurilov, Sir William Blair.
