Due to operational needs and upon the approval by the relevant departments of the Supreme People’s Court of the People’s Republic of China(“the SPC”), Judge Zhao Jinshan, Deputy Chief Judge of the First Circuit Court of the SPC has been appointed the Person-in- charge of the First International Commercial Court. Judge Hu Shihao no longer serves as the Person-in-Charge of the First International Commercial Court.
