As required by work, Judge ZHANG Yongjian, Deputy Chief Judge of the First Circuit Court of the SPC is appointed the Person in Charge of the First International Commercial Court. Judge ZHANG Ming, Deputy Chief Judge of the Sixth Circuit Court of the SPC is appointed the Person in Charge of the Second International Commercial Court.

On October 24, 2018, the SPC established the Case Management Offices for the First and Second International Commercial Court, which is responsible for case registration, filing and management of related administrative work for the International Commercial Court. Judge XI Xiangyang, Presiding Judge of the First Circuit Court of the SPC is appointed the Coordinator of the Case Management Office for the First International Commercial Court and Judge DING Guangyu, Presiding Judge of the Sixth Circuit Court of the SPC is appointed the Coordinator of the Case Management Office for the Second International Commercial Court.
