Judge Wang Chuang is a Senior Judge of the First Rank. In June 2012,Judge Wang was appointed as the Deputy Chief Judge of the Third Civil Division.Judge Wang served on the SPC since September 1998,begining in the Economic Division, then moved to the Second Civil Division,the Third Civil Division and the Intellectual Property Court of the SPC. In August 2007,he was appointed as a judge. In December 2018,he was appointed as the Vice President of the Intellectual Property Court of the SPC.Judge Wang majored in civil and commercial law at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He obtained a Doctor Degree of Law. Judge Wang also studied at Duke University, USA.
