It is hereby announced that the Second International Commercial Court of the Supreme People's Court will hold a public hearing on a dispute over the liability for infringing upon company interests between Plaintiff Beta Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. and Defendant Beta Pharma, Inc., Don Xiaodong Zhang and Beta Pharma (SHANGHAI), Inc. at 8:30 a.m. on July 20, 2021 at Courtroom No.1 of main body of the Supreme People’s Court [Case No: (2020) Zui Gao Fa Shang Chu No.1].
