Due to operational needs and upon the approval by the relevant departments of the Supreme People's Court of the Peoples' Republic of China ("the SPC"), CUI Yingjin, Director of Litigation Service Center of the First Circuit Court of the SPC, is appointed the Director of the Case Management Office for the First International Commercial Court. WANG Ning is appointed the contact person of the Case Management Office for the First International Commercial Court. LIU Xinjian, from the Litigation Service Center of the Sixth Circuit Court of the SPC, is appointed Acting Person in Charge of the Case Management Office for the Second International Commercial Court. MA Ke is appointed the contact person of the Case Management Office for the Second International Commercial Court. The Case Management Offices for the First and Second International Commercial Court are responsible for case registration, filing and management of related administrative work.
