Due to operational needs and upon the approval by the relevant departments of the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China ("the SPC"), Judge HU Shihao, Deputy Chief Judge of the First Circuit Court of the SPC has been appointed the Person in Charge of the First International Commercial Court. Judge ZHANG Yongjian no longer serves as the Person in Charge of the First International Commercial Court.
