The Decision of the Supreme People’s Court

on Reappointment of Members for the International Commercial Expert Committee

In order to further enhance the professionality of international commercial trials in the people’s courts, strengthen international exchanges and cooperation, and provide higher standard judicial services for the high‑quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative, it is decided to reappoint the following 37 experts as expert members of International Commercial Expert Committee for a term to March, 2031:
