Judge Zhu Li was born in November 1974. He holds a Juris Doctor degree. From July, 2016 to July, 2017, he studied at George Mason University (USA). He started his career in 1997, worked successively at Beijing University of Chemical Technology, the Third Civil Division of the SPC and the Intellectual Property Court of the SPC. He served as a judge since August, 2015. He was appointed as the Deputy Chief Judge of the Intellectual Property Court of the SPC in June, 2020.
