Judge Du Jun was born in April 1979. He holds a Juris Doctor Degree. From February to April 2017, he was an exchange visitor at Oxford University (UK). He started his career at the SPC in July 2007 in the Second Civil Division and then transferred to the Fourth Circuit Court. He was appointed as a Judge of the SPC in June 2017. He became the Deputy Chief Judge of the First Civil Division of the SPC in October 2023.
