Judge Xi Xiangyang was born in July 1968. He had a Master Degree in Law.  From September, 2001 to September, 2002, he studied at the University of London (UK). He started his judicial career from July, 1992, successively worked in Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court of Guangdong Province, the Fourth Civil Division of the SPC and the First Circuit Court of the SPC. He was appointed as a judge in 2006 and became the Presiding Judge of the First Circuit Court in December, 2016.
