Judge Huang Xiwu was born in August 1972. He holds a Juris Doctor Degree. From July, 2001, he worked successively at the Guangzhou Maritime Court, the Fourth Civil Division of the SPC and the First Circuit Court of the SPC. He was appointed as a Judge of the SPC in September 2017. In June 2019, he was appointed as a Presiding Judge of the First Circuit Court of the SPC.
