Judge Hu Fang was born in August 1973. She had a Master Degree. Judge Hu has worked at the SPC since July, 1994, starting in the Transport Division, then transferred to the Fourth Civil Division of the SPC. She was appointed as a judge from August, 2012 and then promoted as a Presiding Judge in September of the same year. Since August, 2017, she held the positions of Vice President, as well as a member of the Adjudication Committee, of the Urumqi Intermediate People's Court of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. In August 2021, she was appointed as the Deputy Chief Judge of the Fourth Civil Division of the SPC.
