日前，最高人民法院根据工作需要，任命张勇健、王闯、高晓力、奚向阳、孙祥壮、沈红雨、朱理、杜军8名法官为国际商事法庭法官。

张勇健等8名法官简历如下：

张勇健，男，汉族，江苏泰州人，中共党员，1958年10月生，中国人民大学民商法学专业毕业，研究生学历，法学博士，全国审判业务专家。1975年11月以来，曾在中央民族学院、最高人民法院民一庭、民二庭、民四庭工作，2000年4月任最高人民法院审判员，2012年12月起先后任最高人民法院民一庭庭长、审判委员会委员、民二庭庭长、民四庭庭长，2017年4月任第一巡回法庭分党组副书记、副庭长，2017年6月任一级高级法官。

Judge Zhang Yongjian is a Senior Judge of the First Rank and has been designated as a National Adjudication Expert. From April 2000, he has been a judge of the SPC. From November 2012, he held the positions of Chief Judge of the First Civil Division, Chief Judge of the Second Civil Division, Member of the Adjudication Committee and Chief Judge of the Fourth Civil Division in the SPC. In April 2017, he was appointed as the Vice President of the First Circuit Court of the SPC.

Judge Zhang majored in Civil and Commercial law at Renmin University of China. He obtained a Doctor degree of Law.

王闯，男，汉族，辽宁沈阳人，中共党员，1970年2月生，中国社会科学院民商法学专业毕业，研究生学历，法学博士，2010年8月至12月在美国杜克大学学习。1998年9月以来，先后在最高人民法院经济审判庭、民二庭、民三庭工作，2007年8月任审判员，2012年6月任民三庭副庭长，2018年2月任一级高级法官。

Judge Wang Chuang is a Senior Judge of the First Rank.  In June 2012, Judge Wang was appointed as the Deputy Chief Judge of the Third Civil Division.

Judge Wang served on the SPC since September 1998, beginning in the the Economic Division, then moved to the Second Civil Division and the Third Civil Division of the SPC. In August 2007, he was appointed as a judge.

Judge Wang majored in civil and commercial law at the Chinese Academy of Social Sociences. He obtained a Doctor Degree of Law. Judge Wang also spent time at Duke University, USA, to pursue his legal studies. 

高晓力，女，汉族，河北深县人，中共党员，1973年9月生，对外经济贸易大学国际法专业毕业，研究生学历，法学博士，1999年9月至2000年7月在加拿大蒙特利尔大学学习。1994年7月以来，先后在最高人民法院经济审判庭、民四庭、第一巡回法庭工作，2011年6月任审判员，2015年1月任第一巡回法庭主审法官，2017年6月任二级高级法官，2017年9月任民四庭副庭长。

Judge Gao Xiaoli is a Senior Judge of the Second Rank. In September 2017, Judge Gao was appointed as the Deputy Chief Judge of the Fourth Civil Division.

Judge Gao has worked at the SPC since July 1994, starting in the Economic Division, and subsequently the Fourth Civil Division and the First Circuit Court. She was appointed as a judge in June 2011 and in January 2015 she became a Presiding Judge of the First Circuit Court of the SPC.

Judge Gao majored in International Law at the University of International Business and Economics. She obtained a Doctor Degree of Law. She studied at the University of Montreal, Canada, from September 1999 to July 2000.

奚向阳,男，汉族，浙江天台人，中共党员，1968年7月生，中国人民大学民商法学专业毕业，研究生学历，法学硕士，2001年9月至2002年9月在英国伦敦大学学习。1992年7月以来，曾先后在广东省深圳市中级人民法院、最高人民法院民四庭、第一巡回法庭工作，2006年8月任审判员，2016年12月任第一巡回法庭主审法官，2017年12月任二级高级法官。

Judge Xi Xiangyang is a Senior Judge of the Second Rank. He was appointed as a judge of SPC in 2006 and worked at the Fourth Civil Division before he became a Presiding Judge of the First Circuit Court of the SPC in December 2016.

He started his judicial career in July 1992 and was appointed as a judge of Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court in 1994.

Judge Xi majored in Civil and Commercial law at Renmin University of China. He obtained a Master degree of Law. From September 2001 to September 2002, he studied at the University of London, UK.

孙祥壮,男，汉族，江苏江都人，中共党员，1971年1月生，南京师范大学法理学专业毕业，研究生学历，法学博士，全国审判业务专家，2001年9月至2002年9月在英国华威大学学习，2014年8月至12月在美国杜克大学学习。1993年7月以来，先后在江苏省高级人民法院、最高人民法院审监庭、第一巡回法庭工作，2011年6月任审判员，2015年1月任第一巡回法庭主审法官，2017年12月任二级高级法官。

Judge Sun Xiangzhuang is a Senior Judge of the Second Rank and has been designated as a National Adjudication Expert. He previously served at the Jiangsu High People’s Court. Judge Sun started working at the Trial Supervision Division of the SPC in November 2007. He was appointed as a judge in June 2011 and a Presiding Judge of the First Circuit Court of the SPC in January 2015.

Judge Sun majored in Jurisprudence at Nanjing Normal University. He obtained a Doctor Degree of Law. From September 2001 to September 2002 ,he studied at University of Warwick, UK. He also studied at Duke University, USA.

沈红雨,女，汉族，浙江桐乡人，九三学社社员，1974年10月生，中国人民大学民商法学专业毕业，研究生学历，法学博士，2002年9月至2003年8月在香港大学学习。1995年8月以来，先后在浙江省嘉兴市司法局、广东省深圳市中级人民法院、最高人民法院民四庭工作，2015年8月任审判员，2017年6月任三级高级法官。

Judge Shen Hongyu is a Senior Judge of the Third Rank. She started her career in August 1995 in the Bureau of Justice of Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, before transferring to the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court, Guangdong Province. Since December 2011, she worked at the Fourth Civil Division of the SPC. She was appointed as a judge of the SPC in August 2015.

Judge Shen majored in Civil and Commercial law at Renmin University of China. She obtained a Doctor Degree of Law. She studied at the University of Hong Kong from September 2002 to August 2003.

朱理，男，汉族，山东胶州人，中共党员，1974年11月生，北京大学民商法学专业毕业，研究生学历，法学博士，2016年7月至2017年7月在美国乔治梅森大学学习。1997年7月以来，先后在北京化工大学、最高人民法院民三庭工作，2015年8月任审判员，2017年6月任三级高级法官。

Judge Zhu Li is a Senior Judge of the Third Rank. He served as a judge in the Third Civil Division since August 2015. Judge Zhu previously worked at the Beijing University of Chemical Technology before serving at the Third Civil Division of the SPC.

Judge Zhu majored in civil and commercial law at Peking University. He obtained a Doctor Degree of Law. From July 2016 to July 2017, he studied at George Mason University, USA.

杜军,男，汉族，四川平昌人，中共党员，1979年4月生，清华大学民商法学专业毕业，研究生学历，法学博士，2017年2月至4月在英国牛津大学交流访问。2007年7月在最高人民法院民二庭参加工作，先后任助理审判员、审判员，2017年6月任三级高级法官。

Judge Du Jun is a Senior Judge of the Third Rank. He started his career at the SPC in July 2007 in the Second Civil Division. He was appointed as a judge of the SPC in June 2017.

He majored in Civil and Commercial law at Tsinghua University. He obtained a Doctor Degree of Law. From February to April 2017, he was an exchange visitor at Oxford University, UK.
