Fuldien Li

Fuldien Li is currently a Senior Professor of Law of Taiwan Culture University of China, teaching modules of Conflict of Law, International Law, Arbitration Law, Investment Law, Maritime Law, Law of Sea, Comparative Judicial System and other modules. He is a practice lawyer, registered arbitrator and Chairman of the Taiwan Arbitration Association of China. He is the Committee Member of Asia Pacific Regional Arbitration Group (APRAG), Secretariat-General of Taiwan Private International Law Societyof China, the Committee Member of Taiwan International Law Society of China. He is the founder of the School of Law of Shih Hsin University, served as the Dean of School of Law, and concurrently served as Director of Department of Law and Graduate Institute of Law in Shih Hsin University. He was also a visiting scholar of the Law School of Yale University.


Professor Li is a registered arbitrator in several important arbitral institutions, including International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), China International Economy and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Pingtan Arbitration Center Across the Straits (ACAS), Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC), Langfang Arbitration Commission, etc. He has resolved more than 300 arbitration cases, particularly in sectors of investment disputes, public constructions, financial disputes, international trade and other sectors.
