Judge Zhang Xuemei was born in August 1974. She holds a Juris Doctor degree. Judge Zhang started her career in July, 1995 at the Liaoning Economic Management Cadre Institute, and then promoted to the Second Civil Division of the SPC. She was appointed as a judge in August, 2015.
