Judge Yu Xiaohan was born in March, 1972. He holds a Master Degree in Law. In June, 1998, he began his career in Guangzhou Maritime Court and then promoted to the SPC, successively worked in the the Fourth Civil Division, the Second Circuit Court, and the Intellectual Property Court of the SPC. He was appointed as a judge in October, 2012.
